Section 17(1) in The Haryana State Legal Service Authority Rules, 1995
(1)The officers and other employees of the District Legal Services Authority shall be entitled to draw pay and allowances in the scale of pay indicated each against post in the Schedule-I, Part-II to these Rules or at par with the State Government employees holding equivalent posts.
