Section 80(2) in Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955
(2)All rules made under sub-section (1) shall be subject to confirmation by the State Government and on such confirmation shall be published in the [Fort, St. George Gazette] [Now, the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.] and shall thereupon have effect as if enacted in this Act.
