(iv)the drainage loan of 1878 raised under the provisions of the Public Works' Loan Act, [1871] [Act 24 of 1871 was repealed by Act 11 of 1879, which in Its turn was repealed by Act 9 of 1914.] with interest thereon at the rate of five per centum per annum;
