(13)The minutes of the proceedings of a meeting of the Board shall be drawn up by the Registrar and circulated to all members of the Board shall be drawn up by the Registrar along with any amendment suggested shall be placed before the Board in its next meeting for confirmation and after the minutes are confirmed and signed by the Chairperson, they shall be recorded in the minute book.
