(a)The Executive Engineer shall pass orders on applications made under Rule 64.(b)If the demand for the supply of water for which an application is made under Rule 65 is urgent, the Sub-Divisional Officer may, in anticipation of the Executive Engineer's order, issue an order for the supply of water.
