(1)Every application filed before the Tribunal shall be heard and disposed of in accordance with the procedure set out for hearing of suits and appeals in the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1905) and the (Uttarakhand) Civil Rules of Practice.(2)Every order of the Tribunal shall be in writing and shall be signed and dated under its seal.
