Section 146(c) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(c)when electric vibrators are used in concreting work,-(i)such vibrators shall be earthed;(ii)the leads of such vibrators shall be heavily insulated; and(iii)the current shall be switched off when such vibrators are not is use.
