Section 321(1) in Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012
(1)If the order of the District Special Notary direct the special notary to draw the document and the party appears before the Special Notary within 30 days from the date of the making of such order, the Special Notary shall comply with it.
