Section 79(3)(b) in Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965

(b)in any other case, without the consent of the Government or until three month's notice in writing to that effect shall have been given to the Chief Controlling Authority of the branch of the Government service to which the Government employee belongs.
