Name of respondent No.1 (Shri Chandermani Sharma), who expired on 20.12.2010, is directed to be substituted with that of his LRs mentioned in Para-4 of the application (CMP(M) No.399/2023). Abatement, if any, is set aside.
Amended memo of parties be filed within a period of four weeks. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the memo of parties.
Applications stand disposed of.
