1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the notice dated 02.01.2018 (Annexure - P/5) issued by respondent - Municipal Corporation, Raipur.

2. Learned counsel appearing for respondent - Municipal Corporation submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the notice dated 02.01.2018 2 (Annexure - P/5) with liberty to issue afresh in accordance with law.

3. The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is allowed.

4. Accordingly, learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation is permitted to withdraw the notice dated 02.01.2018 with above stated liberty and is also directed to inform this to the Corporation authorities.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
