Notwithstanding pendency of these criminal appeals since 2019 and hearing conducted on last four occasions in the last about three years, some of the respondents are not appearing through their learned counsels. The respondents who are not appearing in these proceedings shall be served by the Central Bureau of Investigation through the Officer In-charge of the respective police stations. 2. Mr. Gautam Tiwari, the learned counsel for the appellants in these acquittal appeals states that he has prepared a compilation of relevant documents and deposition of witnesses, copies of which shall be filed in the Registry within one week. Let the copies of the compilation be served upon the learned counsels appearing for the respondents.
3. Liberty is also reserved with the respondents to produce documents, if any, in a separate paper-book. Mr. Anil C. Singh, the learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the respondent no.1 and Mr. Amit Desai, the learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent no.3 state that written submissions, if any, on behalf of the respective respondents shall be filed on or before 4 th December 2025. The other respondents may also file their written submissions by the said date.
4. Post the matters on 5th December 2025 at 3:00 p.m. under the heading "For Final Hearing".
