Section 119A(1)(c) in The Maharashtra Industrial Relations Act, 1946

(c)being legally bound to state the truth on any subiect to the Industrial Court or a Labour Court or a Wage Board refuses to answer any question demanded of him touching such subject by such Court or Board; or
