Section 6 in The Maharashtra Nursing Home Registration Act, 1949
6. Penalty for non-registration. —
Whoever contravenes the provisions of section 3, shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees or with both.
