The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the investigating officer submits that pursuant to the directions of this Court, the crime has been registered and the investigation is being made in respect of the alleged appropriation of Devasthan Inam Lands. Already seven charge-sheets have been filed and one is pending for approval. He seeks time to provide us the details in respect of each of these crimes.
