Section 72 in The Orissa Hindu Religious Endowments Rules, 1959
72. Conditions of services of Executive Officers.
- ln this part of the rules, the expression "Executive Officer" includes any paid officer appointed for religious institution under direct management or under scheme settled or deemed to be settled under the Orissa Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1951 (Orissa Act 11 of 1952), by whatever designation called, provided he is the highest executive authority in charge of the administration of the religious institution.
