Section 31 in The Bengal State Aid To Industries Act, 1931
31. Finality of decision of State Government.
- The decision of the [State Government] [Words 'Provincial Government' first substituted for the words 'Local Government' by Government of India (Adaptation of Indian Laws) Order, 1937, and thereafter, the word 'State' substituted for the word 'Provincial' by Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] as to whether the conditions imposed by or under any of the provisions of this Act have been satisfied shall be final.
