Section 84(4) in The Orissa Municipal Employees' Pension Rules, 1989
(4)The Executive Officer of every Council shall open an account in any Nationalised Bank in his locality as may be convenient to him exclusively to deposit the amount receipted from the Director and withdraw such amount for payment to the pensioner and keep proper account.
