350. Limitation of Time.
- Where no time is prescribed by this Act for the presentation of an application or appeal, such application or appeal shall be presented, subject to the provisions of section 5 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1963, within thirty days after the date of the order on respect of or against which the application or appeal is made:Provided that if the application is an application for revision to the High Court, the period of limitation shall be ninety days.Proceedings before Magistrates
