Section 9(iv) in Jharkhand University of Technology Act, 2011
(iv)The Vice-Chancellor shall hold office for a term of three years from the date on which he enters upon his office and shall be eligible for reappointment for another term not exceeding three years or till he attains such age as prescribed under Rules.
