The attention of judicial officers is drawn to the following rule (rule no. 227) of the Board's Miscellaneous Rules :-"Promissory notes and/or stock certificates of the Central Government or of the State Government and savings bank deposits lodged as security shall not be returned until after six months from the date of vacation of the office, but security bonds should be retained permanently, or until it is certain that there is no necessity for keeping them any longer".II - Correspondence
