(3)Where the State Government is satisfied that the Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Sansthan has fulfilled the conditions specified in sub-section (2), the State Government shall issue to the Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Sansthan a certificate of authorisation for the establishment of the University.
