Section 10 in Bihar Boiler Operation Engineer's Rules, 1960
10. Term of office of the members.
- The term of office of each of the members, other than the ex-officio members of the Board shall be the members, other than the ex-officio members of the Board shall be three years. If a member leaves the State permanently or absents himself from three-consecutive meetings without the permission of the Board, he shall be deemed to have vacated his seat on the Board and another person may be appointed in his place for the unexpired portion of his term.
