1. The instant application is presented for seeking permission to withdraw an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- deposited by the Applicant in view of the order passed by the learned Single Judge on 08.03.2017 in Writ Petition No. 1822 of 2017.
2. It is pointed out that the claims raised by the Respondent/ Employee have been satisfied in view of the directions issued by this Court while disposing of Writ Petition No. 931 of 2013 (OS) on 30.01.2019. The Respondents have been permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the Applicant in the aforesaid proceeding and as such in present Petition no dues are recoverable or claimed by Sneha Chavan 1/2 ::: Uploaded on - 04/03/2019 ::: Downloaded on - 12/03/2019 20:19:59 :::

2 caw 450-19=.doc the Respondent No.1 from the Applicant. Respondent No.1 does not have any objection for permitting the Applicant to withdraw the amount that has been deposited in terms of order dated 30.01.2019 in Writ Petition No. 931 of 2013 (OS). In this view of the matter, the application is allowed and Applicant is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- together with the interest accrued, if any.

3. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
