Section 1 in Central Excise Laws (Amendment and Validation) Act, 1982
1. Short title and commencement.-
(1)This Act may be called the Central Excise Laws (Amendment and Validation) Act, 1982.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the date of commencement of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944.
