Considering the nature of reliefs prayed for in the writ petition so also the fact that most of the respondents are based in Punjab, the proper course for the petitioner is to file an appropriate petition under Article 226 of the Constitution instead of the present petition under Article 32 of the Constitution. We, therefore, permit the petitioner to withdraw the instant petition with further liberty to file an appropriate petition in the High Signature Not Verified Court of Punjab and Haryana.
