396. Retaining Fee.
- A midshipman shall draw a retaining fee of Rs. 100 per annum and an officer holding a commission [Rs. 300] [Substitued by S.R.O. 55, dated 2nd February, 1967] per annum, subject to the conditions prescribed in Regulation 397.
