16. Contingency Reserve.
- 16.1 A provision towards Contingency Reserve shall be created subject to incidence of uncertainties with respect to such items of revenue requirement, as may be specified by the Commission.16.2Liabilities in this regard shall be allowed subject to a scrutiny by the Commission.16.3The amounts available in these reserves shall be invested in approved Government securities and shall be drawn upon with prior approval of the Commission.
