Section 54(6)(a) in The Jadavpur University Act, 1981

(a)The Jadavpur University (Temporary Supersession) Act, 1980 (hereinafter referred to in this sub-section as the said Act) shall stand repealed with effect from the date of publication of this Act in the Official Gazette.
