Section 25(1) in The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (General Provident Fund) Rules, 1995
(1)When the amount standing to the credit of a subscriber in the Fund become payable, it shall be the duty of the Accounts Officer to make payment on receipt of a written application in this behalf as provided in sub-rule (3).
