Learned Counsel for the appellant, after arguing at length, prays for withdrawal of this writ appeal with liberty to comply with the impugned order dated 03/05/2021 passed in Writ Petition No.7989 of 2021 by depositing 50 % of the amount sought to be recovered from the appellant by the Employees' Provident Fund Organization latest by 18th August, 2021, failing which the Employees' Provident Fund Organization shall be free to take coercive steps in accordance with law to make recovery. However, the appellant shall also be free to press his appeal and the application for seeking waiver which would be decided in accordance with law without being influenced by the present order.
With aforesaid liberty, present writ appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
