Section 10(1) in Kerala Parks, Play-fields and Open Spaces (Preservation and Regulation) Act, 1968
(1)The executive authority shall submit to the Government in such form and containing such particulars as may be prescribed, an annual return in respect of the parks, play-fields and open spaces which are situated within the limits of the local authority concerned and which are specified in the lists published under section 4.
