Section 16 in The Orissa Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2000
16. Secretary of the Board.
- The Member-Secretary shall maintain a register of Boiler Operation Engineers holding certificate of proficiency and shall perform such other functions as are specified in these rules or as the Chairman may direct.
