Section 28(a) in The Uttar Pradesh Public Health And Epidemic Diseases Control Act, 2020
(a)Abets a commission of an act of violence against the health care personnel officers or employees of district administration, police persons engaged in cleaning, sweeping or sanitizing or any other person empowers under Act to take measures to prevent the outbreak of the disease or spread thereof or such person engaged in preventing detecion and taking of treatment or otherwise;
