Section 7(1) in Tamil Nadu Agricultural Service Co-Operative Societies (Appointment of Special Officers) Act, 1986
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act.
