(3)An application for revision shall be accompanied by -(a)a certified copy of the judgement or order sought to be revised;(b)a certified copy of the judgement or order of the trial Court if the judgement sought to be revised happens to be a judgement or order passed by the lower Court in its appellate or revisional jurisdiction;(c)a copy of the register of petitions as mentioned in sub rule (2) (b).
