(6)The [Executive Director] [Substituted 'Chairman' by Notification No. G.S.R. 668 (E), dated 4.7.2016 (w.e.f. 1.8.1955).] may, by order in writing, delegate any of his powers under clauses(i) to (iv) of Sub-rule 4 and Sub-rule 5 to any other officers of the Board.
