104. Vehicles be driven only by driver.
- Vehicles shall only be driven by the authorised driver. No member of the Panchayat Samiti or the Zila Parishad or Officer thereof shall drive the vehicles.Provided that in case of emergency when driver is not available, the services of an official holding a valid driving license may be availed with the prior approval of the next higher authority.
