(3)[ Notwithstanding anything contained in clause (a) of sub-section (1), the right to fix rates vested in the Board shall vest in the Authority as from the date it is constituted under sub-section (1) of section 47-A] [ Inserted by Act 15 of 1997, Section 11 (w.r.e.f. 9.1.1997).].
