2. Mr. Shah, the learned counsel for the Official Liquidator submits that a communication has been received from the Dy. Secretary, Revenue Department, Government of Gujrat seeking further time to issue No Objection Certificate as the process could not be completed due to implementation of Model code of conduct in Gujrat.
3. The Noticee/District Collectors No. 1 Ms. Praveena D.K., (IAS), Collector- Kutch and No. 2 Shri Aayush Oak (IAS), Jilla Seva Sadan-II shall expedite the process of issuing No Objection Certificate.
4. Stand over to 11th January, 2023.
