2. Definition.
- In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"Act" means the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970);(b)"Form" means a Form annexed to these regulations;(c)"section" means a section of the Act; and(d)words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
