8. Officers and other employees of the Commission. -
(1)(a)The State Government shall, in consultation with the Commission, provide it with such officers and other employees, on deputation, as may be necessary for efficient performance of the functions of the Commission.(b)Notwithstanding anything contained in clause (a), the posts of officers and other employees of the Commission shall be created and filled up with the prior approval of the State Government.(2)The salaries and allowances payable to, and the other terms and conditions of service of, the officers and other employees of the Commission, other than those who are on deputation, shall be such as may be prescribed by the Commission in consultation with the Government.
