(2)Notwithstanding the above, the University shall not grant affiliation to any College which has already been given affiliation by any other University in the State, without consent of the concerned University :Provided that the colleges so affiliated will continue to enjoy all those rights and privileges which they were enjoying before such affiliation unless amended or modified by this University.
