Section 262(262) in The Railway Protection Force Rules, 1987
262.1The Central Government or the Director-General may, looking to the onerousand arduous nature of duties of the members of the Force, create any special fund orlaunch any special welfare measures or insurance scheme or any other scheme or aco-operative society and provide for funding of such measures on a continuing basisor on any other basis.
