(1)The accounts of the Federation shall be audited by the auditor or auditors as may be appointed by the Government under this rule.(2)The State Government shall appoint auditors to audit the accounts of the Federation each year soon after the financial year ends. The auditor or auditors so appointed shall submit the audit report to the Federation, the Director and the Government. The auditor or auditors shall have access to all the books of accounts and records of the Federation and shall have powers to verify and examine the assets and liabilities of the Federation. All information required by them for the purpose of audit, touching the business of the Federation, shall be furnished by the committee and office bearers and persons concerned with the working of the Federation.
