(3)All reliefs or assistances under the Scheme shall be paid by the sanctioning authorities concerned by way of cheque to the beneficiaries within five days from the date of issue of the order of sanction. A system shall be evolved in due course so that the sanctioned amount is credited directly to the bank account of the beneficiaries.
