Section 41(5)(a) in The M.P. Madhyastham Adhikaran Regulations, 1985

(a)It a party requires delivery of copy more expeditiously than would in the normal course of business occur, he may, in addition to the application for copy presented, file a separate application praying for urgent delivery of the copy, stating the ground on which such prayer is made.
