47. Power to issue directions.
- The State Government shall have the power to issue policy directions to the Authority and Board on matters concerning the infrastructure sectors and the infrastructure projects in the State. All policy directions issued shall be consistent with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder and the objects sought to be achieved by this Act.
