Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P11 order issued
by the 2nd respondent and P12 to P15 notices issued by the 2nd respondent,
till final disposal of this Writ Petition (Civil).
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/S.HARISANKAR V. MENON, MEERA V.MENON, & R.SREEJITH, Advocates for the
petitioner and Adv.Joe Joseph for respondents and the court passed the
following:
ORDER
Adv.Jose Joseph, the learned standing counsel for Income Tax, takes notice for respondents and seeks time to get instructions.
In the meantime, further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P11, shall be kept in abeyance for a period of three months.
