Section 18(v) in The Punjab School Education Board (Penalties for Misconduct and use of Unfair Means in the Matriculation and Higher Secondary Examinations) Regulations, 1979
(v)if he does not fall in any of the categories mentioned above, his conduct shall be reported to the Police by the Board for registration of a case against him under the Law.
